ADB Group reports a change in its management structure |

Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings S.A. (SIX: ADBN) announces today a change in its executive management team. Mr. Francois Pogodalla, the Chief Executive Officer of ADB S.A., and the Deputy CEO of the ADB Group, will leave the company on March 14, 2011. Mr. Pogodalla, who carried out his duties of the CEO since July 2008, is leaving the company by mutual agreement.
Mr. Andrew Rybicki, ADB Group CEO and the Chairman of its Board of Directors, will assume the role and responsibilities of CEO of ADB S.A. on an interim basis. Mr. Rybicki, on behalf of ADB Group and himself, wishes to express his thanks to Mr. Pogodalla for his numerous and important contributions over the last five years, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
