Thalwil, Switzerland – March 14, 2011 – The board of directors of u-blox Holding AG has decided to propose Mr. Dr. Paul van Iseghem as additional board member at the next general meeting. Dr. van Iseghem, a Belgian national, led LEM successfully as CEO and president from 2005 - 2010. From 2000 - 2005, he led the components division of LEM. Before joining LEM, he held various management positions in Europe and the US in the engineering industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of California, USA, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium. |
