Bank am Bellevue welcomes the closure of FINMA's investigation of matters relating to sia Abrasives. Bank am Bellevue does not share the agency's legal and de facto ruling and reserves the right to have the case at hand reviewed by the Federal Administrative Court. The analysis of the transactions in question did bring to light certain organizational shortcomings, however. Bank am Bellevue immediately took action on its own initiative to remedy this situation and FINMA positively acknowledged these efforts. Bank am Bellevue will continue to optimize its structures and control mechanisms going forward and make adjustments to address the new challenges.
