| Ascom divests Facility Management Services unit to German RGM Group |

Ascom divests the Facility Management Services unit to RGM Facility Management Schweiz AG, a subsidiary of the German company RGM Holding GmbH. The Facility Management Services unit is a part of the Division Security Communication. RGM Facility Management Schweiz AG domiciled in Berne, will acquire as of 31 December 2011 all rights and obligations pertaining to the Family Management Services unit from Ascom (Switzerland) AG. All 39 employees will be taken over and will transfer to RGM Facility Management Schweiz AG. The purchase price amounts to CHF 3.85 million. RGM Holding GmbH, with registered office in Dortmund, is among the leading German providers of facility management services and has a workforce of around 1400 employees. "With this transaction, Ascom has found a sound solution for the Facility Management Services unit. The transfer of this business to a leading specialist in facility management is in the interests of both our customers and our employees," underlines Fritz Mumenthaler, CEO of Ascom.
