Forbo Holding Ltd. has appointed Jean-Michel Wins as Head of the Movement Systems Division and a member of the Executive Board. He will assume this position in the course of the second half of 2012. Jean-Michel Wins is 44 years old, a Belgian national, and since 2002 has held various management positions at German automotive components supplier Grammer, where he is currently responsible for the Offroad Seating Business Unit. The anticipated exchange losses due to the effect of currency fluctuations on liquid funds and internal loans have had less of a negative impact than originally forecasted.
